Yangon, Myanmar, 27 May 2026 – ATOM, Myanmar's leading 4.5G network provider, recently launched the ‘Talent Accelerator Programme 2026’, an enhanced continuation of its flagship talent initiative. This 18-month programme is designed to develop core competencies in digital and telecom business fundamentals, IT and network awareness, customer experience, as well as data-driven and analytical thinking among young talent in Myanmar. By combining structured learning with real-world business exposure, ATOM aims to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders equipped with essential digital and telecom capabilities.
The application window for the Talent Accelerator Programme 2026 ran from 16 March to 5 April 2026, drawing a significant pool of over 400 applicants through ATOM Careers Portal, social media platforms and University engagement channels. Following a comprehensive assessment and interview process, the programme will officially welcome 28 young talents on 25 May 2026. Upon the successful completion of the onboarding stage, these trainees will begin their journey into ATOM's core business functions.
The selected candidates will receive a competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary, allowances including cost of living adjustment (COLA), and employee benefits, alongside structured development support throughout the journey. In addition, ATOM is committed to long-term career development by prioritising high-performing trainees for full-time roles within the organisation upon successful completion of the programme, based on their performance, capabilities, and business requirements.

The ATOM Talent Accelerator Programme is tailored for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong academic backgrounds. The participants will gain comprehensive experience through cross-functional rotations, strategic involvement in business projects and presentations, as well as direct mentorship and executive engagement from industry experts at ATOM.
