Safety and Security

The safety and security of our personnel is a key priority for ATOM, as defined in our policy framework.

In Myanmar, we actively conduct work-related risk analysis and has put in place in line with the best international practices to ensure that we are able to eliminate or control hazards and risks before deploying our employees to any area. As we recognize that the country’s infrastructure, related to emergencies and medical services, is relatively poor, ATOM has established processes for handling possible incidents.

If the need should arise for services from private security providers, ATOM will ensure that this is according to best practices and will undertake training and development to ensure health, safety and security performance according to our requirements.
