1. ATOM STAR Loyalty Program is launched by ATOM Myanmar Limited (“ATOM”) starting July 2023 and will keep running until further notice (the “Program”). This Program is offered by ATOM to recognize ATOM customers and reward the points to enjoy benefits.
2. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into this Program is deemed as acceptance of these T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each customer. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted at the website and ATOM Store application. ATOM reserves the right to make changes in Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program’s timeline, Star Points benefit including the substitution of a reward, which will become effective upon announcement. By entering the Program, customers agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs.
3. This ATOM STAR program is open to all Prepaid B2C and B2B customers, excluding Wttx, sale or distribution Partner of any ATOM products or services, as well as employees of such and postpaid customers (“eligible customer”).

You must be an active ATOM prepaid customer for a considerable duration of time. There will be six Tier levels (Welcome, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titanium), which will be unlocked based on average recharge amount within last 3 months.
All customers will receive the points by purchasing packs on any channel. You can redeem ATOM Rewards - Data, ATOM Voice, ATOM SMS and Cashback (which can be used for Data, ATOM Voice, ATOM SMS with Pay-go rate) or Special Rewards with your points.

There will be six STAR levels (Welcome, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titanium), which will be unlocked based on average recharge amount within last 90 days.
You can redeem ATOM Rewards or Special Rewards with your points. ATOM Rewards include Data, ATOM Voice, ATOM SMS and Cashback while Special Rewards will be vouchers and promotions given by partners.
Upgraded tier will be unlocked instantly once you recharge certain amount which will reach to next level. Each tier is configured based on ATOM Sim life and average recharge amount of last 90 days.
Adjustment of tier will happen based on your average recharge amount of last 90 days. If didn’t meet requirement based on Point Matrix, your ATOM STAR tier will be downgraded.
