eSIM is the digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without having to use a physical SIM.
Dial *#06# and you will see EID barcode at your phone screen.
Go to ATOM Shop, show your NRIC/Passport to verify the identification. Choose the desired number and get a new eSIM QR card to install an eSIM profile at your eSIM phone while your device has connected to the internet.

For physical to eSIM swap, service fees 5000 Ks will be applicable.
ATOM user can install and actively use one eSIM at one phone at a time. At the same device user can delete and re-install same QR code up-to 10 times. The same QR can be used at 2nd eSIM device only after deleted from the 1st eSIM device. However, ATOM eSIM is unbale to use at 3rd device .
If your device/phone has for 2 physical SIM Slot, physical SIM must be at SIM 1 slot and eSIM be at SIM 2.
To resolve the issue,
No, the eSIM itself does not drain the battery of your mobile device. It consumes the same as a SIM card when using cellular data.
