By applying, accepting and clicking of the offer from ATOM Myanmar Limited (“ATOM”) to become a Yaung Yin of ATOM means that you are agreeing and following the terms and conditions mentioned hereinafter. In addition, ATOM assumes that you have attained the age of majority under the law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar,have full legal capacity such as free consent and not to be in unsound mind under the law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, to enter into agreement with ATOM as per the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Service
Under the terms and conditions, ATOM offers customers to engage for “Load Balance”, “sell Top Up function” and “Sell Packs function” (“Scope of Service”).
Process of Registration in order to become “ATOM Yaung Yin ”
In order to become “ ATOM Yaung Yin ”,
1) Customer shall have a ATOM’s commercial Prepaid SIM card that is correctly registered in accordance with the existing laws of Myanmar.
2) Customer shall “Register” its application via ATOM Application and there are four steps to complete.
a. Download ATOM Store Application version 4.6 ( or any update version from time to time).
b. Click “Yaung Yin” Button on ATOM Store Application Home Screen.
c. Fill up the required personal data/ information in details.
d. Create “MPIN” when load balance on Yaung Yin Wallet, Top-up and sell packs to other ATOM phone numbers.
Please note that in the circumstances of any changing of customer’s personal data/ information as set out the above clause (c) after registration, he/ she must update the program as soon as possible.
3) Customer shall Load the balance to ATOM Yaung Yin Wallet (Yaung Yin Wallet) via any payment services aggregated on T-Pay service platform from ATOM Store Application.
a. Minimum 10,000 Ks shall be first time topped up as the balance to Yaung Yin Wallet at ATOM Yaung Yin.
b. Customer shall be entitled to receive [ 2.5 %] of the load to the ATOM Yaung Yin Wallet as discount Upfront Commission for first time top-up and when the balance is loaded.
4) Customer can help friends and family members to top up and get available commission fees as below :
a. Top up commission can also be instant data/ voice/ earn points bonus, while each successful top up sale transaction. Commission fee for top-up sale transaction can be teleco benefit (For example - Call benefit, SMS benefit and internet benefit) based on top up sale amount.
5) Customers acknowledge that these commission fees and top up bonus numbers or values can be changed from time to time and ATOM reserves the rights to alter it without requiring to notify the associates in advance.
6) Customers shall be eligible to sell data packs and voice packs to other ATOM Prepaid Numbers which are not registered in ATOM Yaung Yin, through his/ her ATOM Yaung Yin phone number. Customers shall entitle instant commission for every sold out of data packs and voice packs and such instant commission might be points (or) equivalent of instant telco rewards such as data benefits or call benefits or point benefits.
7) ATOM has sole discretion for the time limitation of using the teleco benefit and/or data benefit.
It is a new ATOM Store App program for all ATOM prepaid customers. This program offers a ATOM customer become a ATOM Brand Partner by recharging mobile balance and selling mobile offers to other ATOM users via ATOM Store App. Becoming a “ATOM Yaung Yin” is easy to follow just 4 steps. Customers need to fill up the personal information. (Name, Location, Township, etc..) Customers need to key in default MPIN first from SMS and need to key in new MPIN. Customers just need to click on “Forgot MPIN?” button, pop up will be appeared and click on “OK” button. New MPIN will be sent via SMS. Customers need to click on “Load Balance” icon. They can load the balance from minimum 10,000Ks to Yaung Yin Wallet via any payment services aggregated on Digital Payment Platform from ATOM Store Application. ATOM Yaung Yin users will get the upfront commission for loading balance. ATOM Yaung Yin users need to click on “Sell Packs” icon. They can see available packs to sell others. Sell Pack price has been deducted from Yaung Yin wallet and discounted amount will be the Yaung Yin benefit which shown in My Income list. ATOM Yaung Yin users will get the instant commission for selling specific packs only to others. Users will see the eligible instant commission amount before confirmation of the pack selling. Pack selling commission will be received after every successful pack sale. ATOM Yaung Yin users need to click on “Sell Top Up” icon to top up to other prepaid ATOM numbers. Users have to key-in MSISDN to recharge the balance and click on the desired amount button “1000”,”2000”,”3000”,”5000” …. “100,000. ATOM Yaung Yin users will get the instant commission for topping up of specific denomination to others. Users will receive top up commission after every successful top up. ATOM Yaung Yin users need to click on “History” icon from Yaung Yin page. They can see the history records of “Load Balance, Top up & Selling Packs” with different tabs. Yaung Yin’s Account is active. Customer will be informed via SMS when there is no load balance (or) top up (or) selling packs transaction within 90 days. Yaung Yin account is temporarily suspended. User can load your Yaung Yin balance, or still can transfer to main balance if any balance left in Yaung Yin account. User can only load balance to reactivate Yaung Yin Account. ATOM Yaung Yin users need to click on “History” icon from Yaung Yin page. They will see the total summary income (Last 15 Days) of Money, Data and Voice benefits under My Income section. Customers can do Load Balance, Sell Packs and Sale Top Up by using the changed default MPIN. Yaung Yin account will be locked and E-Load balance won't be seen if MPIN is entered incorrectly 2 times. To see the remaining E-Load Balance, customer needs to change MPIN again. This is a permanent program that will be started from first week of November and until further notice. ATOM Yaung Yin will be available exclusively on ATOM Store App (version 4.6). “Yaung Yin Account” will be deleted permanently, and the digital wallet also be forfeited. Customer will require to buy a new SIM and create new “Yaung Yin Account”. Your Yaung Yin account is deactivated. User can only load balance to reactive again. However, Balance will be forfeited. User can change MPIN for 2 times in a day. If he/she tried to change MPIN over 2 times, they will get the alert SMS.
