“Sate Cha Kha Yee” provides coverage for people travelling abroad from Myanmar in the event of bodily injury, disability, or death caused solely by violent, accidental, external, and visible means during the trip. This policy also reimburses the expenses incurred as a result of travel inconveniences during the trip. 
 

Users can buy basic insurance cover and add on baggage loss cover as an optional.

  • “Sate Cha Kha Yee” travel insurance can be purchased by all ATOM users.
  • “Sate Cha Kha Yee” travel insurance is available only at ATOM Store Application.
  • To purchase “Sate Cha Kha Yee” travel insurance, customer must have latest ATOM Store application
  • User can visit the detail information through ATOM Website or through AYA SOMPO Website.
  • Data usage fees for browsing the program by using internet will be charged from the data package bought by user or will be deducted from the primary remaining balance with PAY-AS-YOU-GO-RATE.
  • ATOM Myanmar reserve the right to withdraw or change this offer at anytime. Customers are required to comply the rules established by AYA SOMPO regarding purchasing of “Sate Cha Kha Yee” travel insurance.
  • To purchase “Sate Cha Kha Yee” travel insurance successfully, customers need to fill the correct information as required by AYA SOMPO.
  • ATOM Myanmar shall not have an access right to your personal information and documentation requested for this “Sate Cha Kha Yee” travel insurance application process. AYA SOMPO is the sole entity that collect and know your personal information for the application process.
  • ATOM shall not be responsible for any personal information provided by the own consent of the applicant to AYA SOMPO for “Sate Cha Kha Yee” travel insurance.
  • Any dispute relating to the “Sate Cha Kha Yee” travel insurance shall be settled between the AYA SOMPO and customer.

  • Directly or indirectly by AIDS or ARC and HIV related diseases

  • Travelling on, or against medical advice. For the purpose of obtaining treatment and medical check-up.
  • Physiological or psychosomatic disorders.
  • Engaging in sports or games in a professional capacity
  • Dangerous and adventure activities eg. racing, motor rallies and competitions, mountaineering, rock climbing, and hiking/trekking, pot-holing, parachuting, sky diving, high diving and hot air balloon.
  • Air travel other than as a fare-paying passenger on a regular scheduled airline or licensed chartered aircraft.
  • Related to any illegal activities.
  • Loss or damage to hired or leased equipment; testing of any kind of conveyance.
  • Employment on oversea in connection with any trade, employment or profession.
  • Offshore activities like non recreations diving, oil-rigging, mining, aerial photography or handling of explosives.
  • Survey of offshore installations or facilities under construction including survey from aerial conveyance.
  • War, invasion, act of foreign enemy hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, strike, riot or civil commotion, terrorist.
  • Ionizing radiations or contamination by radioactivity, nuclear component.
  • Consequential loss or damage of any kind.

You can purchase in ATOM Store App with phone bill only. This cannot be purchased with other payment channel. 

It is important because it provides financial protection against unexpected events while travelling, such as accident, medical emergencies, flight delay , baggage delay and baggage loss.

Yes. Travel insurance can be purchased in every roaming packs. More roaming packs details are at ATOM Store app.

The travel insurance prices depend on the validity of Roaming Packs that you bought. The available roaming packs are 3 days , 7 days , 14 days & 15 days.

You need to fill the information of trusted person e.g. mom or dad or sibling or wife or husband who can be contacted to receive financial support from the insurance policy in the event of the policyholder's death or another qualifying event. 

You can get Basic Cover (Accidental Death, Medical, Hospital & Other Expenses & Personal Liability), Flight Delay, Baggage Delay and you can purchase Baggage Loss as an additional.

  • Accidental Death (MMK 10,000,000)
  • Medical, Hospital & Other expenses Up to 70 years old (Up to MMK 50,000,000)
  • Personal Liability (Up to MMK 100,000,000)
  • Flight Delay (MMK 1,000,000, MMK 50,000 for every 6 full consecutive hours delay and MMK 70,000 for every 6 full consecutive hours thereafter)
  • Baggage Delay (MMK 300,000, MMK 50,0000 for every 6 full consecutive hours)

Baggage Loss (Optional) 

  • Up to MMK 1,000,000, Maximum MMK 200,000 any one article or pair or set of articles (Cannot buy without basic insurance cover)
