Missed call alert service (MCA) will notify you the messages about the missed calls when your phone was busy, switched off or out of network range. Missed Call Alert will send the notification message of caller and exact call times.

No activation is required. ATOM provides “Missed Call Alert” feature for all customers by default.

The subscription for “Missed Call Alert” is Free for all ATOM users.

Customer can send SMS “MCA OFF” to 222. To resume the service, please send “MCA ON” to 222.

You can check by dialing *#62*#.

*#62*# is the call forwarding number query code. If user set the call forwarding to other number, this number can be checked by dialing *#62*#. If user have not set the call forwarding features on, default MCA server setting number (790000500) will appear.
