Dial *124*1# to check your remaining kyo thone balance for both balance and data.

• Minimum active on ATOM Network: 30 days.
• Used up 3,000 kyats and above from the main balance.
• Fully repaid previous loan amount and service fee.
• Minimum top-up amount of 3,000 kyats and above in the last 3 months.

For Kyo Thone balance, service fees (tax inclusive) are as below.
Borrowed credit can be used for all ATOM services (except Balance Transfer) with 30 days validity.
No. Emergency Credit offer is only applicable for Prepaid Customers.
For Kyo Thone, validity is 30 days.
For Data Loan, validity is 7 days.

If you are ATOM’s Gold or Platinum Star customer, please dial *2400# to get 2800ks Kyo Thone Balance when your balance is 1000ks or less.
As per ‘Balance Shield’ service’s Terms & Conditions, it will only disable data usage via the Pay-as-you-go rate from the Main Balance. It will not affect other services such as calls, SMS, or Value-Added services (VAS) including Kyo Thone (Loan) that use your remaining phone balance. Click here to check ‘Balance Shield’ T&C.
